Walk-ins are always welcome at Day's Jewelers, but scheduling an appointment is the best way to ensure dedicated consultant time, especially for engagement ring consultations, custom design discussions, or viewing specific designer collections.
An appointment allows our team to prepare selections in advance, confirm that the pieces you're interested in are available, and set aside uninterrupted time for your visit. For milestone purchases especially, that preparation makes a meaningful difference.
For repair drop-offs, cleanings, or quick questions, a walk-in works well at any location. For anything that deserves more time and attention, we recommend booking ahead.

Locations in South Portland and Manchester, for example, are part of larger shopping centers with ample lots. If you're visiting for an appointment or a service drop-off, you won't need to factor parking into your planning. Specific directions and location details are available on our location page.

All Day's Jewelers locations offer professional jewelry repair services, including ring resizing, stone tightening, cleaning, and restoration. On-site goldsmiths are available at all locations. Every piece that comes in for service is carefully tracked and inspected at each stage of the process. Whether you're bringing in a recent purchase or a family heirloom, it receives the same level of attention. We recommend contacting your nearest location or scheduling a consultation ahead of time to confirm availability for specialty services.

Day's Jewelers offers professional jewelry appraisal services at most locations. Our GIA-trained
professionals provide accurate evaluations for insurance, estate planning, and resale purposes using industry-standard tools and methodology.We have on-site appraisers in our Auburn and Waterville, ME locations, and in our Manchester, NH location. If you are not local to one of these locations, we can still assist with getting your pieces appraised. Contact your nearest store or stop in to get started.

Custom jewelry design is available at Day's Jewelers locations with on-site goldsmiths. The custom process includes a private design consultation, stone selection, CAD design rendering for approval, and precision craftsmanship through to a final quality review.
Custom engagement rings, wedding bands, anniversary pieces, and one-of-a-kind designs are all within scope. The process typically takes four to eight weeks depending on complexity. We recommend beginning at least six to eight weeks before a meaningful date.

Not all designer collections are available at every Day's Jewelers location. Certain brands and product lines are carried at specific stores only. Checking ahead or browsing online ensures you visit the right location for the collection you want to see.

Roberto Coin jewelry is currently available for in-store viewing at the Day's Jewelers Manchester, NH location. Manchester carries a dedicated selection of Roberto Coin pieces so you can experience the craftsmanship and detail in person.
Roberto Coin is not carried at other Day's locations at this time. If you're unable to visit Manchester, the collection is available to browse and purchase online, with our team available to assist with questions and recommendations.

John Hardy is available at three Day's Jewelers locations: South Portland, ME; Nashua, NH; and Salem, NH. These stores carry a selection of John Hardy's signature woven metalwork and contemporary fine jewelry designs for in-person viewing.
John Hardy is not carried at all Day's locations. If you're traveling specifically to see the collection, South Portland, Nashua, or Salem are your destinations.

Martin Flyer engagement rings are available at Day's Jewelers locations in Waterville, Auburn, South Portland, Topsham, Manchester, Nashua, and Salem. Martin Flyer is not currently carried at the Bangor or
Augusta locations.Martin Flyer is known for fine bridal craftsmanship and a wide range of setting styles. If you're exploring engagement rings and want to see Martin Flyer designs in person, any of the seven locations above can accommodate a consultation.

Memoire wedding bands are available at Day's Jewelers locations in South Portland, Bangor, Topsham, Manchester, Augusta, Nashua, and Salem. Memoire is not currently carried at the Waterville or
Auburn locations.Memoire specializes in diamond bands, including eternity and anniversary styles, with a focus on consistent stone quality and refined setting work. If you're pairing a wedding band with an engagement ring, seeing the Memoire collection in person alongside your existing ring is the most useful way to evaluate options.
